POLICIES

We have a 24 hour cancellation/no show policy. Bookings made within 24 hours are considered firm. You will be charged for services cancelled within your 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Gratuities will only be accepted in cash or personal check. If you need to write a check for gratuity, please make it out directly to your stylist or technician.

New client’s bookings are reserved via major credit card.
